Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please take note of Norse Cove’s cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation Timeline

Cutoff time: All times are Atlantic. Requests received by 2:00 p.m. are processed that day; requests received after 2:00 p.m. are deemed received the next day by 2:00 p.m.
5+ days before arrival: Full refund, less a $15 administration fee.
Within 5 days (rolling window): Any night whose 2:00 p.m. check-in falls before the end of the 5-day window is non-refundable. Nights on/after the window end are refunded, less $15.
Example: Cancel Wednesday 9:30 a.m. for a Fri–Mon stay (deemed Wed 2:00 p.m. → Mon 2:00 p.m.). Fri–Sun are non-refundable; Mon is refunded less $15.
No-shows: Forfeit the full reservation.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time to post.

Modification Option

We will always try to accommodate a change.
5+ days before arrival: Changes allowed without penalty, subject to availability.
Inside 5 days: Changes may not be possible and are subject to availability. If a change shortens your stay, non-refundable nights inside the 5-day window still apply.

No Shows and Early Departures

No refunds for no-shows.
Early departures: Nights already inside the current 5-day window are non-refundable. (Unused nights beyond the window will be refunded, less $15.)

Force Majeure

If events beyond your control prevent arrival or require departure (e.g., government orders, campground closure, evacuation, extreme weather such as hurricanes), we may offer a refund or credit (including the $15 fee). Documentation may be required.
