Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please take note of Norse Cove’s cancellation policy outlined below:

 

1. Cancellation Timeline:

   • A full refund, less 5% for e-commerce fees, will be granted for cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in start time of your arrival date.

   • Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the start of check-in on your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:

   • If a cancellation is made within the eligible timeline, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

   • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

3. Modification Option:

   • If you wish to modify your reservation, you can do so without penalty as long as it is done more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled arrival date. Changes within 3 days of arrival may not be possible and will be subject to availability.

4. No Shows and Early Departures:

   • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures. If you have to depart before your reserved departure date, no refunds or credits will be given for the unused portion of your reservation.

5. Force Majeure:

   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as extreme weather conditions (hurricanes), natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be considered. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
